Shipping policy

 Misahara Jewelry offers complimentary FedEx overnight or 2-day shipping. All orders require a signature upon delivery due to the value of the product. A tracking number will be provided via email after the order has shipped. In stock pieces ship approximately 3 to 5 business days after purchase date. Made-to-order pieces ship approximately 2 weeks after purchase date. 

If your package is lost during shipping please contact a Misahara team member and we will work to help locate the shipment: contact@misahara.com.  If the package is marked as delivered by FedEx, Misahara Jewelry is not liable for the lost shipment.

If you miss a delivery attempt, Fedex will try again on the next business day but should the package return to Misahara Jewelry, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.

There are situations in which packages might be delayed due to weather or other unforeseen issues. Once the package has been shipped and leaves our offices, Misahara is unable to amend the delivery speed.
